Bridgewater-Raritan (8-3) outlasted Gov. Livingston (5-4) in an epic five-set marathon, 14-25, 25-21, 25-21, 23-25, 17-15, in cross-conference action that showcased two intense and closely matched teams. Abby Kim delivered a truly exceptional display for Gov. Livingston with a remarkable 31 kills and 2 blocks, in a losing effort despite extraordinary statistical achievements. The match featured dramatic momentum swings throughout all five sets, with Bridgewater-Raritan ultimately prevailing in the decisive fifth frame after Gov. Livingston had forced the extra set with their fourth-set victory.

Mount Olive (6-2) upset previously unbeaten Madison (7-1) with a 25-22, 23-25, 25-15 comeback victory in cross-divisional NJAC action, handing the perfect squad their first loss of the season. Izabella Osoria delivered an absolutely spectacular performance with 26 kills to power Mount Olive’s attack, while Kaitlyn Tungmun facilitated brilliantly with 27 assists and Genessa Baltazar contributed 14 digs as they accumulated 33 kills in the three-set triumph. Madison battled valiantly behind Sophia Christoffers’ outstanding 19 kills and Eva Errichetti’s 23 assists, totaling 31 kills overall, but couldn’t sustain their momentum after Mount Olive regrouped following the second-set loss. The upset represents a tremendous breakthrough for Mount Olive as they gain momentum with a quality victory over a previously unbeaten opponent, while Madison suffers their first setback of the season in this compelling cross-divisional clash.

18th-ranked Verona (7-1) cruised to a dominant 25-11, 25-14 sweep over Montclair Kimberley (6-5) to improve to 4-1 in SEC American Division play and bounce back from their recent loss to West Essex. Brynn Mack powered the Hillbillies with 14 kills and 3 aces, while Samantha Heimall distributed effectively with 18 assists and Julie Maglifiore contributed 4 aces as Verona accumulated 16 kills in the lopsided victory. The serving disparity proved overwhelming, as Verona recorded 15 aces compared to none for Montclair Kimberley, with multiple players contributing from the service line to create constant pressure and disruption throughout both sets. Montclair Kimberley drops to 0-5 in SEC American Division standing.

Tenth-ranked Ramapo (7-0) maintained their perfect season with a commanding 25-19, 25-15, 25-11 sweep over Jefferson (5-5). Ramapo controlled all three sets with increasing dominance, never allowing Jefferson to establish any sustained offensive rhythm throughout the match. The victory showcases Ramapo’s continued excellence as they remain one of only a handful of unbeaten teams left in New Jersey. Ramapo’s balanced team performance and consistent pressure from start to finish reinforced their status among the state’s elite programs as they continue building toward what promises to be a strong postseason campaign.

Pinelands (12-0) continued their sensational unbeaten streak with a dominant 25-11, 25-18 sweep over Barnegat (5-5) to extend their stranglehold on Shore A South Division play at 7-0. Madison Wilbert led the Wildcats with 9 kills and an impressive 14 digs, while Heidi Cyphert anchored the defense with a remarkable 5 blocks and Riley McQuaid distributed with 13 assists in the comprehensive team effort that produced 20 kills overall. The serving battle heavily favored Pinelands, who recorded 19 aces with Wilbert contributing 7 aces, McQuaid adding 3, and Jayla Kline delivering 4 more to create constant disruption and maintain pressure throughout both sets. Barnegat drops to 2-5 in conference standings as they were unable to generate statistical production against Pinelands’ relentless serving attack and balanced offensive effort that has now propelled the seventh-ranked squad to 12 consecutive victories.

Third-ranked Princeton (10-0) rolled to a dominant 25-10, 25-14 sweep over West Windsor-Plainsboro South (5-5) to maintain their perfect record at 7-0 in BCSL CVC Division play. Naomi Lygas powered the Tigers with 13 kills, while Kaelin Bobetich delivered an exceptional all-around performance with 20 assists and 2 blocks as Princeton accumulated 22 kills in the lopsided victory. The serving disparity proved overwhelming, as Princeton recorded 6 aces with Bobetich contributing 2 aces and Lygas adding 3 more to maintain constant pressure throughout both sets. West Windsor-Plainsboro South drops to 1-4 in conference standings as they were unable to generate statistical production against Princeton’s balanced offensive attack and suffocating defense that has now carried the unbeaten squad through 10 consecutive victories.
