We have prepared our Post-Season Awards based on a player ranking system using statistical information that is available to us. Position information is not available so we have improvised into 4 categories (Hitters, Setters, Blockers, and Defensive). Our formula uses per set averages rather than gross numbers in each category to get a better apple to apple comparison. These ratings do not factor in the most important components of great players… their passion, their love for the game, their coach-ability, or their team spirit. It’s just math! We will continue posting Awards throughout the next few weeks and even after the season ends. Stay tuned.
