The NJP Predictor was 27-3 in round 2 of the state playoffs on Monday. The higher seed win-loss record was 24-6. Here is a side by side comparison of the two for the entire state playoff thus far…

This time of year is the absolute best for watching competitive and exciting volleyball games at the high school level. As playoffs heat up, and the matches become bigger and bigger, passion and determination drips from players and coaches making for fan frenzied games that can go to the last point. But the absolute worst part of this time of year is that when each game occurs, it signals the end of the season for coaches, players, and team fans that fall short on any given night. By Wednesday night, we will be down to just 90 teams still playing and in a week, just 36 or about ten percent of all teams in the state.

Social media is filled with players giving tribute, especially seniors, as they wind down their high school career. We want to share just a few of those here….
