Part of the challenge of running a volleyball “community” website is getting traction and followers. We are on a mission to grow interest in NJ volleyball at the youth, high school, and college levels and fuel that interest with transparency, analytics, and of course fun. When your first followers become prophets for your cause, they actually are the most important ingredient to a movements success. And once the wildfire starts, the community becomes the most important voice.
