NJP has learned from multiple sources that the 12 game minimum requirement for state playoff tournament eligibility has been lifted. As expected, the NJSIAA is making accommodations due to the pandemic and the boys lost season in 2020.

Per the NJSIAA:The tournament is open for any team that wishes to participate this year – due to the numerous COVID shutdowns. The Finals only will be contested at South Brunswick High School. At the seeding meeting it will be decided which Section will get the # 1 seed, # 2 seed , # 3 seed and #4 seed. That seeding will stay with that section regardless of who wins the section. Semi Finals will be at the higher seed 1-4 and 2-4.
Power Points are not being used for anything this year.
