Senior 4 year Varsity Volleyball Player Gabby Roldan at Voorhees high school broke the career record for Aces! The previous record was 132. Gabby now holds the current record at 140 as the team heads to her next playoff match! Go Gabby and Go Vikes!

Sparta got multiple top performances on Monday in their win over Jefferson. Haley Maher had 20 digs and an ace, Aralyn Saulus smoked 12 kills and added 12 assists, 5 digs, and a block, Brynn McCurry had 11 digs and 11 kills, and Arianna Puleo had 15 assists and 6 aces…

Amaya Ocasio had 18 assists, 3 digs and 3 kills in the Secaucus N2G1 playoff win over Hanover Park…

Katelyn Williams had a big game for Madison posting 7 digs, 4 kills, and 3 aces to help lead the Dodgers to a N2G2 win over Lodi…

Montville had some superstar performances in their win over Leonia Monday. Katie Gorski had 6 big blocks as well as 8 kills for the Mustangs. Cassandra Chauhan added 2 aces, 5 kills, 2 blocks, and 7 digs, and Michela Voit had 16 assists, 2 kills and a block in the win…

A dominant win by Governor Livingston over South Plainfield saw Haley Motz post 6 kills and a block, and Abby Kim log 3 aces and 5 kills….

Ashley Berger and the Barnegat Bengals fended off a determined Cinnaminson squad on Monday in the SG2 quarter-finals. Berger smashed 9 kills and added 19 digs in the win…

Hackettstown ended West Essex’s season as Jennifer Jacobsen posted 20 assists, 13 digs, 2 aces, 2 kills, and a block in a super performance by the start sophomore. You will be hearing Jen’s name often during the next two seasons.

Marley Kramer had 22 assists and added 6 digs and 5 service points as Verona ran over Wallington in the N2G1 playoffs…

A few milestones were achieved in the St. Elizabeth win over Saddle River Day Wednesday. Amanda Chambers had 17 assists, giving her 403 this season and 807 in her career, both top marks in school history. Clare Farrell’s 10 kills gave her 307 for the season, the first Panther to score 300 in school history. This was also the first home volleyball state playoff game in school history, extra special now with their first win.

12 more kills for Brookelyn Talmadge as she blows past 700 career kills for IHA as they defeat St. Thomas Aquinas in a first step on their road targeting a non-public state title and possible #1 rating in NJ. Kalena Stavish in her 2-years at varsity starter now has 1,242 assists in her career.

What a big win by Saddle Brook as they take down Glen Rock in their N1G1 playoff match. Abigail DiPeri dug 14 and Kylah Carter and Madelynn Faber had 3 blocks each in the Falcons quarter-final win…

Old Tappan ended the Demarest season in a super close two set match. Super sophomore Sam Kranzler was the star for OT posting 15 kills and 6 digs. Junior Taylor Miller also posted 15 kills for the Norsewomen but her outstanding performance was not enough to gain the win…

Hoboken outlasted Harrison in a three set thriller as Morgan Walia-Peters did an epic job posting 10 aces, 9 kills and 10 digs…

Vivian Roberts of Summit ends her high school career with 439 career kills and 208 for this season.

Caitlyn Cabrales had 5 kills and 13 digs leading Westfield in both categories as they dropped Ridge in the N2G4 quarters…

Leena Tran jammed 10 kills and dug 8 as Old Bridge eliminated Bridgewater Raritan in the CG4 quarterfinal. The Knights are now 22-2 on the season. Nikki Blair of BR concludes an amazing 4-year varsity career ending with 1,391 career assists…

In Tuesday’s State N1G4 quarterfinal win against Bloomfield, 3-year Ridgewood senior setter Cammi Quirk has broken the career assist record at Ridgewood HS held by MaryKate Salamone with 1256, and Cammi’s running total  to date is now 1260…

Another spectacular overall performance by Liahnna Orange as she drives Mother Seton to a playoff win over Newark Academy in three sets. Liahnna had 21 assists, 16 digs, 7 aces, and 6 kills for the Setters as they advance to the quarter finals…

MKA’s season has ended at the hands of Camden Catholic. Sofia Granieri had 7 kills and 6 digs and Kiyanna Blacks-Steward had 3 blocks and 3 kills to lead the Irish…

Team effort by Lodi Immaculate as they down Wardlaw-Hartridge Wednesday. Syd Kropiewnicki had 4 kills and 3 aces, Mia Gonzales had 3 aces and 3 kills and Anna Geisler had 10 digs on defense to earn the first round victory in non-public B.

Her is how the NJP algorithm is performing compared to the actual seeds selected for each grouping. The seed record is based on the winning record of the higher seeded team over the power seeded team in any given game. The NJP record goes by the NJP rating system per the pre-playoff rating on 10/27 in any given game… through Wednesday night, there has been 32 instances where a lower seeded team (presumed weaker) has beat a higher seeded team (presumed stronger).
